This website is purely informational. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking services, embeds no third-party content and loads no fonts from external servers. There are no contact forms and no user accounts.
3. Hosting
The website runs on our own servers, located in a data centre of Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. Hetzner has no access to the contents of the servers. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure and efficient operation of the website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
4. Server log files
When you visit the website, the web server automatically processes information your browser transmits: IP address, date and time of access, requested page, amount of data transferred, browser type and version, operating system and the previously visited page (referrer).
This data is used solely to ensure trouble-free operation, to troubleshoot and to defend against attacks. It is not merged with other data sources and is deleted after 14 days at the latest. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
5. Contacting us
If you contact us by e-mail or phone, we process the data you provide in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if the enquiry is aimed at a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.
For confidential messages we provide a public GPG key.
6. Encryption
For security reasons this website uses TLS encryption. You can recognise this by the lock symbol in your browser's address bar.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access the personal data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (Art. 21). Please use the contact details above.
