How we work, and why.
One partner for everything
Many companies have a different provider for every topic: one for the server, one for the software, one for the shop, one for the phone system. Nobody sees the whole picture, and when something goes wrong, everyone points at each other.
We take responsibility for the whole of your IT. Where specialists are needed, we coordinate them. You get one point of contact who knows your company.
Connect systems instead of replacing them
Your ERP has grown over the years and your staff know it well. Replacing it is rarely the best option. Usually only the connections are missing: an interface to the shop, an export to accounting, a document flow into the archive, a shared user directory.
That is exactly what we build. Data is entered once and available everywhere. And because we look after both the servers and the software, there is no gap in between.
Your company
Every system comes together in your company. We make sure the connections in between hold and data is entered only once.
Digital sovereignty
We rely on open-source software wherever it is the best tool for the job, which is surprisingly often: Proxmox, Debian, Nextcloud, OPNsense, PostgreSQL, Samba. You pay for our work, not for licences, and nobody can switch a product off on you.
Your data stays in Europe: on your servers, on our servers in a German data centre or with European providers. Where we use cloud services, we check data processing agreements and data flows beforehand.
No vendor lock-in: open formats, documented interfaces, exportable data. What we develop for you belongs to you, source code included.
GDPR data protection is part of our architecture, not a form at the end: roles and permissions, encryption, logging, deletion concepts, documented procedures.
AI with judgement
We work with AI every day ourselves and know where it really saves work and where it merely shifts effort around. That is why we start with your processes, not with the tool.
We pay attention to where your data ends up: European providers under a data processing agreement, or models that run on your own hardware. Confidential data is pseudonymised before it reaches a model, and every step remains traceable.
